for counsel · reproducible matter evidence

What did the record say, when did it say it, and can it be reproduced now?

Independent record-validity evidence for litigation and fiduciary review.

For litigators, ERISA counsel, and employee-benefits counsel, TrustNav preserves what published records said at a point in time, identifies where designated public sources agree or conflict, documents how identities were matched, and keeps every material result traceable to the captured evidence.

TrustNav establishes the record, not the legal conclusion. We do not opine on liability, damages, causation, fiduciary breach, class certification, admissibility, or conduct. Individual names stay out of the public specimen; identifier-level material is handled only under agreed engagement, confidentiality, and any applicable protective-order terms.

the fit check

Send one public directory page or plan/network question and the relevant date. TrustNav will tell you what the available public record can support, what it cannot support, and whether a bounded matter record is feasible.

No privileged material, PHI, or sensitive personal information is needed for the public-source fit check.

how it’s offered
Public Record & Fit Check
Free

The published record, plus a fit check on one directory page, plan, or network question: what the available public record can and cannot support.

Matter Evidence Record
Paid · fixed scope

A sealed, standalone evidence record scoped to the matter, with source history, reproducible calculations, and expert-reviewable methods.

Post-order Record Monitoring
Paid · recurring

Standing re-verification of agreed directory or roster conditions relevant to a settlement, decree, or other continuing obligation. TrustNav reports the observed record; counsel determines compliance.

Matter Evidence Support
Paid · scoped

The evidence set, methods documentation, and expert-facing technical support, scoped to the matter.

The public record and the fit check are free. Matter evidence records, post-order record monitoring, and matter evidence support are commercial engagements.

Matter Evidence Record: $15,000–$35,000. Discovery-responsive evidence work, identifier-level annexes, expert-facing technical support, and ongoing matter support are separately scoped.

Fixed fee · scope and deliverables agreed in advance · the public record does not change with the engagement

One directory page, one plan or network question, one date — nothing else is required for the fit check.

Everything above is meant to be understood quickly. Everything below exists so you do not have to trust us.

what the record holds for a matter or a plan review
  • The carrier’s published directory as it stood on a specified date — preserving the common underlying record counsel may evaluate for class, fiduciary, or other matter-specific questions.
  • Each listing checked against applicable public reference records (deactivation, exclusion) — matched on NPI wherever an identifier exists; name evidence surfaces candidate records only and never asserts a match by itself. The roster licensure screening class is suspended as of 2026-08-04 — the findings its binding method produced are withdrawn in full.
  • Where captured sources disagree, the disagreement is preserved on the face of the record rather than silently resolved to one answer.
  • Every finding sealed with a content hash and a methods appendix — edition hashes and custody records allow an independent reviewer to verify the artifact and its recorded state.
  • Declaration support that describes method and record-validity findings — not advocacy.
who makes the legal case

TrustNav supplies the evidence record and reproducible method. Counsel and any retained expert decide how to use it. TrustNav can provide sealed source records, methods documentation designed for counsel and expert review, process history, and expert-reviewable calculations — including exhibit-formatted tables. TrustNav preserves the source, process, hash, and provenance information counsel and a retained expert can evaluate for authentication; counsel determines whether and how to use that record under FRE 902(13), 902(14), or another applicable route, and TrustNav does not determine admissibility.

Note for counsel. The audited specimen this hall used to point at — the Network Integrity Record — is withdrawn in full as of 2026-08-04, on our own audit, before any opposing party raised it. Its methods appendix (sha256 316037c0e89c6c3d) is still served, unaltered, because sealed documents are append-only history — but it describes the withdrawn edition as sound and must be read as history, never as a current method. The sealed-data custody, provenance, and process documentation described above are unaffected by the withdrawal; the withdrawn specimen is not offered as an exhibit.

how the work stays clean

Counsel engagements are private; the public method and public record remain client-invariant. No engagement changes what TrustNav publishes, delays a correction, prevents a withdrawal, or changes the result of a governed test — the record continues even where continuing it is inconvenient for a client.
